A photo booth popup is a portable photo station that can be set up at various events, allowing guests to take fun and memorable photos with props and custom backdrops.
For locations farther than 45 miles from Roseburg, Oregon, there is a $1.00 per mile fee. This covers round trip mileage

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event.
We like to have at least 2 hours prior to the start of your event. This will give us plenty of time to make sure everything is running smoothly, and everything is in its place before guests arrive.
A signed contract, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of total cost is due when contract is signed and date is reserved. Your deposit will go toward the total cost of your package.
We can fit in a minimum of 8’x8’ space, but ideally we would like to have a 10’x10’ space to accommodate guests, props, and the photobooth.

We provide a wide variety of fun and themed props, including hats, glasses, signs, and more. If you have specific props in mind, we can discuss including those as well.
Photo templates are used exclusively for photos. They are made up of three different layers: background, layout, and overlay. Photo templates allow guests to take multiple photos and place them into one beautiful, custom designed template. Choose from many shapes, sizes, backgrounds, and overlays to personalize each photo.
Overlays are best used for GIF, Boomerangs, and Video captures. Overlays are designs that are placed on top of your captures. They can include company logos, branding, or other customizations that are automatically added to captures for a truly personalized experience.
Yes, the photobooth MUST be protected from the elements. (rain, snow, sun, high and low temperatures) The photobooth cannot be outside under 45 degrees or over 85 degrees. If outside, the photobooth will need to be under a covered area. Weather is unpredictable.
Yes, the photobooth will need access to the venue’s Wi-Fi if the cell service is poor. Wi-Fi is used so that the printer is able to connect to the photobooth for a smoother printing process.
This allows you to choose: the layout of the photo(s), the background and overlays to compliment the theme of your event.
A Tap to Start screen is the first thing guests will see before taking photos, GIFs, Boomerangs, or Videos with the photobooth. This screen is fully customizable to showcase special photos or clips that the client would like to use for the event. We are able to design a Tap to Start screen with animation and effects that will complement the event’s theme. This screen “loops” until a guest taps the screen.
This is a transparent design that is placed on top of your Photo, Boomerang, Video, or GIF captures. Customizable to fit the theme of your event.
